FIRST ATTEMPT:
With no previous experience in training at the gym and little motivation, I decided to take few PT sessions. Having had two babies my goal was to tone up my body and like everyone I wanted quick results.
I met Rai and we hit off straight away. He is professional, supportive and motivational. Our weekly sessions were intense, fun and focused on achieving my goals.
Rai’s knowledge and experience led me to see real body changes in just two months but there was also so much more, I was stronger physically, my posture improved, my confidence levels raised. I was looking forward to my weekly workouts.
